Current Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee the execution of set goals and objectives.
- Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, partners, and contractors.
- Manage teams including hiring, internal training, and onboarding processes.
- Engage with community-based organizations to further the mission of SaveSouls Inc.
- Contribute to and lead the execution of programming by identifying resources and partnerships.
- Serve as executive lead for fundraising activities and marketing strategies.
- Ensure overall strategic leadership and mission alignment across all programs.
- Mentor the President and Executive Officers.
- Represent the organization in high-level public, donor, and media engagements.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
