  • Perform clerical tasks such as typing, filing, and operating office equipment.
  • Answer phones, prepare messages, handle records, and manage calendars.
  • Fill and countersign official certificates.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Maintain online document platforms and archives.
  • Track attendance, event inventories, and official calendars.
  • Support Marketing and Membership Chairs in communications and event coordination.
