Current Roles and Responsibilities
- Serve as executive lead for the virtual representation of SaveSouls through newsletters, blogs, email marketing, and social media.
- Manage interns and volunteers, setting goals aligned with organizational values.
- Develop communication and training methods for interns and volunteers; lead in-service meetings.
- Contribute to the development of programming, including fundraising initiatives.
- Preside in the absence of the President; support strategic and operational matters.
- Serve as Director of Membership, overseeing engagement committees.
- Co-author board meeting agendas; act as secondary approver for fund disbursements.
- Contribute to long-term planning and conflict resolution within the board or membership.
