Savesouls hosted a 3-session workshop called “Trauma and Healing” for survivors of sexual trauma. The workshop focused on exploring one’s identity before the trauma, envisioning a desired future, and creating a healing plan (SELF). Additionally, participants examined their role in the community, the impact of the environment, and how to address it (Community). The workshop emphasized healing and taking accountability for one’s future.
