Let's Talk Conference (4th Annual): Healthy Families, Healthy Communities

About
The fourth annual Let's Talk Mental Health Conference addressed the social determinants of health within the Afro-Caribbean population, at Golgotha SDA Church in South Easton.
The fourth annual Let’s Talk Mental Health Conference focused on fostering healthy families and communities by addressing the social determinants of health within the Afro-Caribbean population.
Experts shared information, and organizations offered resources to build mental health literacy, professional development, and community integration. The five social determinants framed the day: education access and quality, health care access and quality, economic stability, neighborhood and built environment, and social and community context.
The conference met on Saturday, June 29, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at Golgotha SDA Church in South Easton. Admission was free. People of all denominations, all community-based programs, and all providers supporting Haitian immigrants were invited.
