Current Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and secure financial resources.
- Lead Fundraising Committee in events and campaigns.
- Develop donor engagement strategies and sponsorship tiers.
- Research grant opportunities; ensure compliance.
- Oversee Grant Manager / Development Officer staff, who executes grant writing, reporting, and compliance.
- Collaborate with Marketing to promote fundraising initiatives.
- Provide updates to Executive Board; participate in financial planning.
